Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear or damage
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zeropraise.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defect or damage with your request.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@zeropraise.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which may be implied or imposed by Australian Consumer Law or other laws and regulations. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
